This class is a faster pace form of yoga accessible to all skill levels! This style of yoga combines yoga with pilates and aerobic style exercisesrequires the body to develop balance, strength, and stamina. This class is an excellent way to build strength, increase range of motion, and vitality. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
