Get fit while you dance! This dynamic aerobic program uses dance and exercise moves to tone your body and help you stay active. Zumba features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions of fast and slow rhythms. We also include stretching and make sure everyone has fun!

Get certified to save lives. In this class, you will learn the basic steps of CPR and first aid on adults, children and infants. Once you complete the course, you'll receive your certification card.
