Parking:
Parking is available in the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. We are located near AutoZone in the Southwest area of the plaza.

Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-blasting workout! Boot Camp includes conditioning, strengthening and weights. This class is geared toward all fitness levels, and modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced.

A full body workout consisting of a mixture of martial arts and self-defense moves, combined with aerobics steps. Using a non-contact approach, you will have a great workout and learn self-defense basics.

This exercise class focuses on strength training, cardio vascular endurance, balance, stability and stretching for adults and seniors. Classes are available to ages forty (40) and up and may be performed in a chair.

Learn how easy it is to maintain your cardio health and strengthen your muscles. We_ll do basic Yoga poses that relieve tension and stress, and increase flexibility. You can exercise seated in your chair or standing up.
