Description: Get fit while you dance! This dynamic aerobic dance program uses dance and exercise moves to tone and help you stay active. This class features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms, stretching and most importantly, fun.
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking is available in the lot connected to our center on Holt.
