Description: Mommy yoga is a special type of yoga designed specifically for pregnant women and new mothers. This type of yoga is designed to focus on the physical, mental and emotional needs of pregnant women and new mothers. In addition, breathing exercises and meditation are used to help mommy relax and stay grounded during her pregnancy.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
