In this class, you will learn to accept and self-soothe during an emotional crisis, and how to regain worthy connections with friends and family. We_ll talk about what positive things you can do to build a stronger relationship with your children and help them have a successful future. Class is in English.

Adults and children 5 years and up are welcome to attend and learn breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body. Yoga is proven to promote self-esteem and help manage emotions. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.
