Chair Yoga

Long Beach
This is a lower impact yoga class tailored for older adults and adults with limited mobility. This class focuses on basic yoga poses that relieve tension and stress, and increase flexibility. You can exercise seated in your chair or standing up. Guest arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout attire and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

CPR, AED & First Aid (14+)

Get certified to save lives. In this class, you will learn the basic steps of CPR and first aid on adults, children and infants. Once you complete the course, you'll receive a certification card and you'll know what to do in a life-threatening emergency. This class is in English. For ages 14+. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.
