Movin' & Groovin' Dance Fitness
–
South L.A.
Dance-based workout that combines repetitive movements with musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves for a fun, high-energy workout! Participants must wear proper workout attire and tennis shoes to participate in any physical exercise classes. Participants arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.
