Domestic Violence Support Group

This support group focuses on dealing with domestic violence. Anyone who has dealt with or is going through the cycle of violence is welcome to attend.

Get fit while you dance! This dynamic aerobic program uses dance and exercise moves to tone your body and help you stay active. Zumba features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions of fast and slow rhythms. We also include stretching and make sure everyone has fun!

Family Zumba is a fun way for the entire family to be active and healthy together! it is a fusion of international and top 40 music with easy to follow steps for all ages and skill levels. All members of the family, ages 6 and up are welcome.

Kids learn how to cook healthy meals in this hands-on class. Class instruction will cover the food groups, food labels and the importance of eating healthy foods.

Community Pantry - Open to Everyone (Limited to the first 100 People)

Receive a bag of assorted household goods such as wipes, sanitizer and soap, along with a bag of dry goods and fresh produce (while supplies last). Diapers and baby wipes are also available to families looking for a little help. Contact our center for sizing options.

My Rewards for a Healthy Life is a program where you can earn rewards for participating in a variety of health education classes at our Community Resource Centers. After participating in six health education classes, you are eligible for a premium gift.
