This class consists of guided meditation. Our instructor Marquita will help you drum up some specific mental imagery or she may walk you through a series of breathing exercises or mantras to help you practice meditating to the sound of quartz crystal sound bowls. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

This class is a faster pace form of yoga accessible to all skill levels! This style of yoga combines yoga with Pilates and aerobic style exercises requires the body to develop balance, strength, and stamina. This class will teach you the nutritional do's and don'ts if you've been diagnosed with Diabetes. Learn about the misconceptions/myths surrounding diabetes, how to monitor blood glucose, mindful eating, and so much more! This class is a part of a four class series. This class is in Spanish.
