It provides support and training on topics, such as conflict resolution, effective communication, time management, setting priorities, and goal planning. This class is in English and Spanish. Vinyasa flow yoga with modifications for new and expecting moms at any stage of pregnancy. Move with your breath and focus your attention on your own body while increasing flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Newborns and toddlers are welcome! Peak of Season Nutrition & Cooking for Teens

The goal of Peak of Season Nutrition & Cooking for Teens is to instill a deep and lasting appreciation for food sources by increasing knowledge, awareness, preparation, and consumption of California fruits and vegetables! Weekly sessions will discuss nutrition facts and health benefits of in-season California grown fruits and vegetables, the different varieties grown in California, and how to prepare and eat them. Students will prepare a weekly recipe that features the week's star ingredient! For teens ages 11-17. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.

Tenant Rights Legal Clinic

Are you a tenant behind on rent? Are you being evicted? Is your landlord raising you rent? Or are you being harassed? Come to a free legal clinic where you can learn how to protect your rights! Registration is from 4:30-5PM, workshop begins at 5PM. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of the workshop may not be admitted. This class is in English, translation to Spanish available.
