Low Impact Zumba

Low Impact does not mean lower intensity. This style of Zumba is a modified version that focuses on coordination and mobility. Combining all elements of fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Join us in this fun and encouraging class! For ages 14+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

Have fun and get fit in this Latin-inspired dance cardio workout for people who enjoy upbeat music and an energetic group exercise environment. This Zumba class incorporates the toning and strengthening power of Step Aerobics. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Dance Aerobics provides exercises that will target your core and legs while keeping it light and fun while you dance to Hip-Hop, R&B, Salsa, and Merengue. Peak of Season Nutrition & Cooking for Teens (3 of 5)

The goal of Peak of Season Nutrition & Cooking for Teens is to instill a deep and lasting appreciation for food sources by increasing knowledge, awareness, preparation, and consumption of California fruits and vegetables! Weekly sessions will discuss nutrition facts and health benefits of in-season California grown fruits and vegetables, the different varieties grown in California, and how to prepare and eat them. Students will prepare a weekly recipe that features the week's star ingredient! For teens ages 11-17.

This class consists of guided meditation. Our instructor Marquita will help you drum up some specific mental imagery or she may walk you through a series of breathing exercises or mantras to help you practice meditating to the sound of quartz crystal sound bowls. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.
