Learn basic Yoga poses that combine breathing and awareness to build strength and flexibility. Yoga is good for increasing energy and relieving tension and stress. Learn at your own pace in this beginner level class. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

This class is a faster pace form of yoga for intermediate skill level participants. This style of yoga combines yoga with Pilates and aerobic style exercises requires the body to develop balance, strength, and stamina. This class is an excellent way to build strength, increase range of motion, and vitality. Classes are on a first come first serve basis.
