Build your strength and endurance in this fun fitness class! We feature HIIT (high intensity training) with a mix of strength and cardio. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes. Family Fun Day

Family Fun Day will be an exciting event designed to bring families of all backgrounds together for a day of enjoyment and bonding, while also showcasing the classes offered. Activities include arts and crafts, class demonstrations and a variety of family-friendly workshops. The event aims to foster community spirit, provide samples of the classes we provide, and create a better understanding of what our Center can provide the community.

Community Pantry - Open to Everyone (Limited to the first 130 People)

Receive a bag of assorted household goods such as wipes, sanitizer and soap, along with a bag of dry goods and fresh produce (while supplies last). Diapers and baby wipes are also available to families looking for a little help. Contact our center for sizing options.
