Living Healthier and Happier with a Chronic Condition

Join us in this 5-session program to learn how to deal with and take care of diabetes, arthritis, heart conditions, and breathing problems. This class is for you if you have a long-term illness or take care of someone who does. This class is in English. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.

Get fit while you dance. Zumba is perfect for everybody and anybody, combining all elements of fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibililty. Join us and enjoy a workout in a fun, encouraging atmosphere! Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. This class is a faster pace form of yoga accessible to all skill levels! This style of yoga combines yoga with Pilates and aerobic style exercises requires the body to develop balance, strength, and stamina.
