Vinyasa flow yoga with modifications for new and expecting moms at any stage of pregnancy. Move with your breath and focus your attention on your own body while increasing flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Newborns and toddlers are welcome! Receive a free pack of diapers after class. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.
