Description: A 16 week Workshop; review nutritional education, cooking demos, label reading and shopping skills. Classes will offer a safe space to share current eating habits and receive group support.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. We are located near AutoZone in the Southwest area of the plaza.
