Stretching and Strengthening for Seniors
Details
Description: Increase your strength, mobility and flexibility through chair and resistance band exercises. This class is designed for older adults. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
