Details
Description: This is a lower impact yoga class tailored for older adults and adults with limited mobility. This class focuses on basic yoga poses that relieve tension and stress, and increase flexibility. You can exercise seated in your chair or standing up. Guest arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout attire and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Entrance to Center and Parking lot is on 56th st. Please make sure you follow the Entrance and Exit signs.
