Details
Description: Lower impact strength and cardio fitness class focused on enhancing strength and stability for older adults and adults with limited mobility. Guest arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout attire and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Entrance to Center and Parking lot is on 56th st. Please make sure you follow the Entrance and Exit signs.
