Description: Protect yourself and your family! Join our FREE* walk-up vaccine event where you can get a flu and COVID-19 vaccine. Individuals who get a vaccine will receive a FREE $20 grocery gift card, while supplies last! Flu vaccines are available for people ages 3 and older. COVID** vaccines are for people ages 12 and older. Adults ages 18 and older can also get free blood sugar and blood pressure readings.
*Services are provided at no-cost to you; however, services may be billed to, and covered by your insurance, if applicable. Limited vouchers available for those who do not have insurance coverage.
**COVID vaccines offered based on availability.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the plaza and directly in front of our center. We are in the Norwalk Town Square Plaza on the corner of Rosecrans and Pioneer.
