Details
Description: In this class, you'll practice this ancient Chinese form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance. Tai Chi can also help reduce stress and improve both body and mind. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
