Description: In this class, you'll practice this ancient Chinese form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance. Tai Chi can also help reduce stress and improve both body and mind.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. We are located near AutoZone in the Southwest area of the plaza.
