Details
Description: Get fit while you dance. Zumba is perfect for everybody and anybody, combining all elements of fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Join us and enjoy a workout in a fun, encouraging atmosphere! Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
