Description: Join our 4-part hypertension series. Explore causes, management, and lifestyle changes for better health. Topics include understanding Hypertension in minority communities, lifestyle and diet modifications for hypertension control, medication and healthcare management, and empowerment and hypertension self-management. This class is in English. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.
