Details
Description: The Healthy Heart class helps participants understand the established guidelines and recommendations to prevent and treat heart disease and stroke. The goal of the program is to improve prevention and management of heart-related conditions, like high blood pressure and high cholesterol, through lifestyle changes that address nutrition, physical activity, and other important behaviors.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. We are located near AutoZone in the Southwest area of the plaza.
