Description: A full body workout consisting of a mixture of martial arts and self-defense moves, combined with aerobics steps. Using a non-contact approach, you will have a great workout and learn self-defense basics.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. We are located near AutoZone in the Southwest area of the plaza.
