Gentle Yoga
Details
Description: Learn basic Yoga poses that combine breathing and awareness to build strength and flexibility. Yoga is good for increasing energy and relieving tension and stress. Learn at your own pace in this beginner level class. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available onsite. We are located next to the WSS Shoe Warehouse.
